Dial Direct best spammers ever, for any insurance avoid!!

Dial Direct is a circus; after 4 requests, they still can't handle a basic remove number request. Will probably use a template to respond once more. generic mail and then they do nothing. "Kindly note that we have removed your number off our contact lists." bla bla bla and then nothing. Does anyone want to entrust their insurance claims with these clowns? Fortunately, TrueCaller has blocked all of them. Seems these brain dead call center staff hang on to every failed attempt and then waist time with the voicemail as well in an attempt to not take more calls, what an efficient setup lol good luck ladies. Be warned this "company" is a joke!
