Dial Direct - Best Insurance Company with amazing staff

I recently bought a car and within 2 weeks of owning it, I was involved in a car accident. From the accident scene i can rate their service 10/10. We were helped at the scene and then the service never stopped from there. I would like to mention Heidy Bennie, Jabulani Chauke and Refilwe Pheeha for the exceptionally service.

As a very stressed mom, without a car and 4 kids, I was so upset and stressed about getting another car, these staff did all they can to assist me. I sent loads of emails and not once did they get irritated or did not reply!

Today, within a month I have been paid out, have a new car and been told my excess will be paid out within the next 21 days.

I can tell you from my previous experience with another insurance company to this company, Dial Direct, i cannot compare!

Thank you Dial Direct, I will definitely be back to use Dial Direct with my new car.
