dial direct are just another fly by nite insurance provider

my son having a very bad experience with dial direct insurance he was hijacked on the nite of 30th January 2022 & reported the matter to saps & dial direct. when report was made the lady said arusha chetty will contact you in the next 24hours it never happened instead a aman Maharaj contacted my son then came over for one details & my son was not at home so he spoke to myself & my daughter in law & to my surprise the questions asked was more of a personal matter than the hijacked car like where you go most often. so she said a mall where she works & a few others & he left & then he asked my son why you go to certain malls o so often. now that is people's personal life coz I cannot to a mall 10 times a day which is no 1's else's business so why all these questions & the week of the 9th Feb he told us his work is done & he'll hand in his report & then last week he wanted details of his last few hours details of his calls from 21:00 on 30th to 01:00 on 31st & no. being company contract getting the details is difficult so he brought forms to sign giving authorization to look into the the call history & was satisfied and again about his work is done now yesterday he aman wants my boy to contact the company so he can ask for call history but he can't contact his workplace coz he got a ccma case against them & now they asking about a certain network he used to use a few years ago. I don't see what they are getting at every now and then something new comes my boy is stressed with having no car no job feeling it hard to get around & these assholes want toget into your personal lives its a pity my son is too slow with idiots like this coz if was me it would have been a different case & tho top it car installment & insurance premiums was still paid on the 15th February so what they dragging their heels for a few more premiums dial direct team you want policy no *** & please sort this coz arusha & aman has no business getting into people's personal life's ot this is just dial direct way of delaying tactics to get claim sorted this is a painful time for my son no car no job & now stressed with dial direct coz at the end of the the he is taking a big knock having paid so much for the car & only get a few Rands back coz the car is not paid off. my personal opinion is dial direct direct is a vv bad company to deal with & I never had a problem with my insurance company a few years back dial direct is a pathetic short term insurance company to deal with now sort this out coz every week aman is done then arusha got more stories or aman is just her pawn fed up father R.Harrikissoon
