Dial direct are cheats and ****s
I was in an accident, after many complaints and several emails, I finally got a call from a woman, I do not recall her name. She told me dial direct will send my damaged vehicle to my house, and i must repair it myself, she also said that dial direct would pay me the settlement amount, which they did not do. she also said she is sending me a recording, did not get that either. so in a nutshell, do not deal with dial direct, clearly their staff are trained in deceit and lies. you will say somebody will call me, that will not happen, dial direct knows that as well, let your standard response speak

YOu refused to repair my car and insisted I do it myself, now when I have made arrangements, you are refusing to transfer what is owed to me, so please can somebody call me and explain why dial direct staff keep making promises that they do not keep to? I am also still waiting for the sales recording, which was promised to me over 10 days ago, and i am yet to receive it
