Dial Direct App Strikes Again

The changes to the app are the worst development i have seen in a while. Yesterday i had a five star day wiped out because we had load shedding something that is out of my control. I have fibre at home and smart phones as they are prone to do automatically switch to wi fi when you are in distance of a trusted network load shedding then hit and my day was wiped out because according to them i was not connected to the internet all day for a 3 hour disruption that i do not plan that happened from 7PM till 10PM when i was in my home and not driving anywhere and i know this will not be fixed as they have addressed all my previous concerns as they cant do anything truly shocking how much they are ******** people out of what is supposed to be a rewards system thats fair
