Dial Direct Annual Reviews increases are disgusting.

You need an option of no stars. I moved my home building insurance last year to Dial Direct from my banking institute. They offered a great premium, that is until my annual increase arrived. My building insurance has gone up by 107.5% and home contents by 41% and I am informed that there is nothing they can do about it, after me phoning back 3 times to get feedback from them, they cannot even be bothered in phoning me to give me the feedback. As far as I am concerned, this is ****************. I am looking around, I will be moving my insurance.
