If I could rate them 0 stars I would, be very careful of this company. I took insurance with them just over 6 months ago, and because my vehicle is still being paid for, i asked for full comprehensive cover, their new style, they do not send you documents, you are meant to download their app to get your documents. Because I know what I said on the call, never really found the time to check their app,. fast forward, I meet in an accident, download the app to submit claim, get told now that i am not fully covered and they will let me know how it works for them to pay the amount they will contribute as per my policy. I download the documents now, and miraculously, I am covered for less than what I even owe the bank, which makes no sense. now begins the legal process of trying to sort this out My policy was taken in June 2023, yet the policy states first premium will go off Feb 2024, and I have been paying every month, which proves this document has been recently edited by Dial direct
