Dial direct and Potch Penal Beaters service is Pathetic.

Dial direct Towed my Vehicle to Potch Penal Beaters on the 27/08/2024, since then till today my vehicle is still there, I have called and asked the insurance so many times to change a penal beater that they allocated to me as they are doing nothing, perhaps it's because of I am Black that is why my car isn't being fixed. Dial direct failed so many times to reply my email or even get back to me, I think the only way I have to get things right is to approach Consumer Ombudsman now, the service I have recieved from Dial Direct and they partners is pathetic.

I have recieved a Courtesy car from the 28/08/2024 and on the 28/09/2024 I had to take it back and in fact had to extend it at my own cost whereas the insurance is the1 that allocated me an *********** penal beaters till todate 15/20/2024 I am paying the rental car out of my own pockets whereas the incompitente penal beaters was choosen by you Dial direct
