Dial direct

Dialdirect is the worst service provider for car insurance. My car was damaged by hail beginning of November. I am still being sent from pillar to post just to get the car sorted. They sent an email today with the contacts of approved the repairer, when I called the repairer, they referred me back to Dialdirect saying that they had not received authorization. this has been going on since last week. To date, my windscreen has still not been replaced. I am really beyond frustrated with their lack of service. The first time i submitted a claim beginning of November, they said they were waiting for my premiums to be paid. This was shocking as they debit my account monthly to collect the premium, i have never missed any instalment. I will never recommend them to anyone
