Delayed claim & bad attitude from claim consultant
A Kudu jumped my car on 28th August 2015. I was unfortunately driving alone. It is unfortunate because according to Dial Direct the claim would have been easier to process if there was an \alibi""; the period that I have had my drivers license (which is stated in the policy) why I was there at that time;what was I doing there. I am yet to make sense of this line of questioning. Everytime I pick up the phone hoping to obtain confirmation that the car will be fixed but to no avail. An accident is traumatic however dealing with this insurance company is excruciatingly painful and frustrating. It doesn't help that you get a claims consultant like Jade Swart who makes a mockery of the situation."""
