Defeated

Why would a company deduct its premium before the agreed date???? I clearly stated that I get paid on the 25th, the past few months they’ve been deducting my money prior to the agreed debit date, I didn’t complain as annoying as this is because they might be tracking my account. However, what I woke up to this morning is shocking!! They paid the cash back into my account and then took the whole premium!! Why? It’s only the 14th Feb 11 days before the debit date I signed for. This is the exact reason why we need to implement Debicheck, can Dialdirect show me the mandate to debit my account today as opposed to the 25th?? I’m disappointed after singing so much praise about their service. I now need to call in and get someone to tell me it’s sorted, only for this to happen again next month. I’m defeated ☹️
