Debiting additional policy after cancellation

Last year I cancelled my insurance policy with Dial direct.<br> That in itself was painful but last week I discovered that I was still being charged for a minor debts policy on a car that i do not even own anymore. The first agent said I didn't ask to specifically cancel that part of the policy, however the policy number attached is exactly the same as the policy which I cancelled. I then managed to speak to a more helpful Agent who said I would get a refund, it's now 10 days later and still no refund or communication. This is the second time I have been billed after cancelling my policy!!!
