Debiting account before the agreed upon debit date
How can you debit an account before the agreed upon debit date? This is the second time this has happened! Quite frankly I am pretty annoyed. I moved over to Dialdirect because my previous insurer was quite useless, but if this debiting of accounts continues, I will have to find another insurer as it messes up my budget!!!

24 May 2021, 13:02Absolutely shocking. Please explain to me how I am added to the early premium collection option when I never agreed to or gave my consent for it?
When querying this and getting a response that it is a system error, and then after awhile stating that it wasn't a system error are both terrible excuses.
It dumbfounds me on how you can add someone onto a service they never asked for/agreed to.
Terrible way to treat a client.
