Debit order reversal

I contacted Dial direct regarding their debit order that ran on the 29th. I called them to explain that I have not received my salary this month, can he run a reversal, he referred me to the bank. The Bank advised that I must return to Dial direct as they can not do the reversal "The debit order can not be disputed". Who am I supposed to talk to I really need the reversal. I am desperate and i need to pay rent.
