******** debit order after numerous cancellations

Money hungry useless business!! I cancelled my vehicle policy in April 2023 and the lady told me that they can not cancel for some reason but will put it on hold incase I change my mind, even though I told her outright to cancel it. Come May and they deduct my money, I call in to get a refund and they say I will get it back in 3-5 BWD, I call again after almost two weeks and they claim I never cancelled??? like *** I am busy calling them, wasting my airtime trying to recover money from me that was taken ********ly. Luckily I have written down when I called and will be escalating this to the Ombudsman.
