DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A CONTRACT
<p>DIAL DIRECT INSURANCE is wasting money advertising every billboard yet their service is very Bad..</p> <p>Despite having my policy cancelled Dial direct still went on to debit my account now I missed a debit order from a better insurance AA premium..Pls refund my ****** money now</p> <p> </p>

We can confirm that at the time that you cancelled the policy we have already lodged for payment. As a payment cannot be stopped once we have lodged with the bank, the deduction unfortunately still went through.
A refund for the deductions was processed and the funds will be available within three business days.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
