Daylight Robery

I lodged a claim for left, center, right scratches on the rear bumper with Dial Direct to repair them. They sent me a carscan link for assessment that only allowed me to upload a picture with 1 scratch on the bumper which excluded the rest of the scratches on the rear bumper. I notified them that their link didn't allow me to upload pictures for all scratches that I mentioned when I was lodging a claim, they ignored me and immediately approved to repair one scratch. They don't respond to emails. Their level of service is really unacceptable.
