i bought phone for 2099.90 and insured it with dial direct for R 3 500.00 as as access is R1 250.00 with monthly installment of R71.19. When i claim for the phone, Dial direct says from the supplier the phone is R1 800 and i will be getting a difference of R 500. What is the point of insurance if i cant get phone nor the amount i bought it for?
