Daylight ******* payback bonus

I am still waiting for feedback from Mr Selami, who assisted me in reviewing my policy on the 11th of August 2023 and I queried why my date of the payback bonus changed from 2025 to 2026. he indicated that I logged on to the app and made changes to my profile, and that he would come back to me about the changes that were made, he never did. I have proof from Dial Direct that changed were never made. I have sent several emails asking about this, and I've only received one response in May 2024 indicating that the payback bonus has been changed - end of story according to Dial Direct. this feels like daylight ******* as I'm being penalized for nothing. I have never made any claims yet, and I pay on time every month.
