Damaged Limited edition XT Merida Mountain Bike
William Burger, son of Jaco Burger, insured with Dial Direct drove into my company vehicle damaging my vehicle and mountain bike and bicycle carrier. The vehicle was repaired by the company insurance. The damages on the bicycle, bicycle carrier etc had to be a 3rd party claim from Dial Direct. After a lot of discussions between my Insurance and mr Burgers insurance it was decided to submit a 3rd party claim at mr Burgers insurance. Suggestion from mr Burger and as per his discussions with Dial Direct. The accident happened the 17 of July and up to date and numerous e mails later I am still awaiting the claim to be finalised. My bicycle is not specified under my insurance, thus not ensured. I have send Dial Direct a signed affidavit regarding the latter. The claim nr is: 82 ***. Enid Mapson, Contact Person at Dial Direct:
