Daildirect service providers Renew it Revionia

Dialdirect suppliers (Renew it - Revonia) have yet again promised to complete my car by friday (07/05/2021), it's been in paint for 2 weeks according to them and it's still in paint Monday (10/05/2021) and they still can't give me a date on which my vehicle will be completed and it's been now more than a month going on 2. Dial direct can't even provide a courtesy to assist whilst their service providers are taking their time and I'm borrowing cars to go by whilst they are fixing my car which insurance is not willing to meet me half way and give a courtesy car whilst their useless service providers are really taking their time I'm very upset with both Dialdirect and they treating us as their customer and with their useless service providers
