Daildirect
Daildirect states for driving well the pay you back up to 75% of your monthly premium which is false according to me, my mother (a 66 year old lady) is a client going on 4 years now. Her premium for a second hand 2008 chevy spark started off with just over R400 pm, she now pays nearly R800 pm which I find is ridiculous for the simple car she is driving! They also promised that if she doesn't claim in 3 years that they would pay her out which never happened either. Up to date she has not a single claim so for driving well she also doesn't receive any money back? So can anybody tell me if this is fair? Can Daildirect please fulfill the promises made to her at the time she bought the car.
