Dail directly is arrogant

Dail direct insurance use to be on the ball. But now for 2 months I am trying to cancel my policy with them but the just cheep on trying to do deductions. I mailed them, spoken to there financial department. These guys just don't want to cancel the policy. Speaking of the consultants. Hell these guys are ****** arrogant basters. Acting like they are doing me a favour. Keep on talking in circles and and provoking me to get ****ed and angry. If there were a negative star rating they would definitely fall in that category.
