Dail direct insurance ****!

This company is a **** I insured my goods to the value of R15000 just for them the want to proof my claim and pay me out R5800 says they did not have enough info of the insured product. Whos Job is that I made it clear to them prior to insuring the goods they said its fine for that amount just to now change the story when it comes to paying a claim. This is a **** , but I’m glad this happened as I have more valuable assets insured with them and it this shows me what will happen with bigger claims.
