I logged a claim with daildirect which is my insurance. I just received a mail that my claim have been approved. The repairer that is assigned for the repair is AUTOMAGIC in Benoni. Now I asked myself how do they think. I stay in Centurion and there is an AUTOMAGIC/Lyttelton around the corner from my house. What were they thinking. Can't they call the client or check which AUTOMAGIC is the closes to the client and then assign that AUTOMAGIC as the repairer. I advise anyone to not take out insurance with them as it seems that they just cannot think or don't know what they are doing.
