CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Cancelled my insurance due to terrible customer service - tried claiming scratch and dent cover that i was paying for close to 2 years which was not easy as they make it seem , was an absolurte nightmare , i then went looking for new quotes on insurance and got much better service somewhere else - after cancelling I was advised that me premium will be paid back in 7- 10 working days - when I phoned and queried and was advised the request to their financial department to repay the money into my account was never done , now i have to wait another 7- 10 days.
