I cannot begin to describe the ********* ways in which the insurer has been with us. Without any notice whatsoever my insurance increased from R1943 to a whopping R2467 and I only noticed this when I went through my bank statement. This is completely dishonest and *********. I have tweeted them and they keep saying they will call me but never do. So much for my loyalty for over a year!
