This is becoming a big problem now! The sales guys added extra packages to my car insurance without my consent and I've been trying go get it off my name for 2months! I've been in contact with mutlipe enquiry people and they told me that it's been taken off my policy only to find out Dial direct deducting the same amount for a policy I never agreed too. This company is *****ing from hardworking citizens and I'm tired of it! I'll be changing my insurance company in the next coming days
