I am a bit confused why I am getting charged R500.00 odd in the middle of the month after I paid at the beginning of FEB2015 for FEB 2015.<br> <br> My Monthly subscription is R700 odd and then I cancelled the policy on the 8th of FEB and took out a new one from Dial direct...<br> <br> a R500 odd was charged on old policy plus a R260.00 admin charge ++++<br> another R500 odd for the prorate on the new policy plus another R260 for new policy admin...<br> <br> I mean this is a *******-rather credit my account on the old policy paid in full and why even charge cancelation fees if you are taking another policy with them...
