**** Unprofessional Behaviour
Yesterday I phoned my insurance for road side assistance but you pay so much money for a **** service.<br> I never got a return call from her and the only thing I got from her was an auto message with confirmation.<br> <br> There was not follow up to see if I am ok if I was assisted I do not understand as to why someone pay their insurance on monthly basis and you pay so much but yet you get a **** service I hope that this is the last time I have experienced such unprofessional service I will surely consider changing my insurance soonest as I am not happy with Dial Direct attitude this happened at 17H36 PM yesterday Sunday please Dial Direct get your house in order as this is the second time that I experienced such
