Consultant at Dial Direct cuts call and doesn't call back.

Last week Thursday I made a call request to Dialdirect asking for a breakdown of all the products which im paying for. The consultant cut the call and didnt call me back. This is the first bad experience I have ever had with dial direct since joining them for 3 years. Someone please call me back from dial direct so my query can be resolved.
