CONSIDERING MOVING TO DIAL DIRECT? FIRST READ THIS

<p>You never know how good or bad your insurance company is until you have to claim from them.</p> <p>Read this then decide if you still want to use Dial Direct.</p> <p>I was in an accident. A mini bus taxi drove into me while i was standing at a stop street. I managed to get the full details of the driver and the owner. i contacted Dial Direct and they did what needs to be done in an event like this. </p> <p>I asked them since I did not cause the accident will I have to pay the access or will they get the third party to do so. Dial Direct informed me that I have to pay the access, and their legal team will negotiate with the other party to pay the full access or a portion of it. This was a fine agreement because even if I get R2000 of the R5000 access back, i would be grateful. </p> <p>Until today (6 months later) i have not heard a single word from Dial Direct. Their legal team could not manage to get R10 out of the business man who caused the accident. </p> <p>As I said, you never know how good your insurance company is until you claim, well, this is what you can expect when you claim from Dial Direct.</p>
