On 27 November 2023 I cancelled my policy with dialdirect and still they deducted R1600 from my account the first of December,telling me they will refund me in the next 7 working days I called them,4December again cause there was still no refund they told me to wait another 7 working days the,12 December I called again they said 7 working days again and today 20 December 2023 I called they said 7 working days again cause apparently it was only put through to from the refund department today I am so f$@ken disappointed in Daildirect and would not recommend anyone to go with that insurance company seeming that they can’t give back your money the owe you cause I can guarantee you guys next week they’ll tell me 7 working days again.Shame on you Dialdirect quick to deduct but when it comes to refunds they cant help you!!!!
