Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Dialdirect *Rating:* 5 out of 5 *Review:* I was helped by Nonku Nxumalo after 3 or so Dialdirect agents could not. ABSA needed my Dialdirect home insurance to be amended to note their interest and my name to appear as the insured person. It looks like Agents were updating the document but the changes were not appearing when sent to me. No Nonku took her time to understand my requirements and she updated the document and followed up as promised. This came after many calls and emails to Dialdirect with no help. So, Nonku really became a saving angel.
