Complaint

Dial direct insurance company is refusing to extend the courtesy car period. The panel beater of their choice is still waiting for car parts, Dial direct told me it's not their problem that my car is not yet fixed.

I just called Autobody parts panelbeater of dialdirect choice to find out the progress of my car regarding repairs none of them could tell me anything. Still dialdirect is refusing to extend car rental period. This is soo frustrating!
