COMPLAINT

Last night 06/11/2018 I called Dial Direct Roadside Assist for a towing service request. Luyanda Hlatshwayo (consultant) told me that I do not have Road Side Assistance cover. Now Road Side Assist comes STANDANDARD with Dial Direct. After a bit of arguing, she called her supervisor Thando Mbuthuma who told me the same thing that I do not have the privilege of Towing Service on my policy.

I would like Dial Direct to advise me if they are gonna pay me back some of my premiums as I was refused service that they said comes STANDARD, I had to use my pocket money for alternative assistance.
