Complain on Car Rental

I hate the day I thought Dialdirect was the best insurer for me until I needed them the most. I've never been this frustrated in my life about poor communication and response to clients. I've been calling, using my airtime more than twice about one issue and the fact that I needed just a call with a response of what's the way forward but nothing came through from Dialdirect. I'm just waiting for my car to be back from the penalbeater then I'll see what I decide with the insurance. I need peace of mind but with Dialdirect I've been getting the opposite.
