**** company - Useless and saddening

They broke into my house in February 2024 and stole about R100 000.00 of my private items. I never skipped a installment and therefore they cannot blame or hold it against me. I opened a case and today is the 05th of March 2024. No pay out until now and its been a month later. On 04 March 2024, my wife phoned them asking when is the pay out going to be, their response was that we need to give them receipts for all items purchased. My question is, since we joined them, they never asked for receipts and now when claiming, they request receipts. Furthermore they say they are not going to pay out R 100 000.00 of items ******, only R30 000.00. Is this fair????????????? I requested the consultant to phone me back, nothing. No phone call, explanation is that they are going to pay out the minimum as there were never receipts handed in. Please help hello peter
