Clients Choice

I had an accident with my car and checked my policy and noticed that my excess on mycar insurance has increased. I then called Dial Direct and dealt with Joslin who explained the reason to me. SHe explained that due to me having a previous accident in hte previous year my excess would have been increased. I queried this and complained that this is rediculous. She then offered me an alternative cover which suited me perfectly that any damage under R3500 I pay for myself and anything ove that is covered by Dial Direct and I will not be paying any excess and to top that my insurence premium in my Nissan X-trail came down by R125.00....now that was excellent service and her I called to complain.<br> Thanks a lot Joslin.
