Claims unfair not been paid out.
I have ut in a claim in october month for a tyre,i went to the tyre company for all foto and documents that they needed for the claim i had to to wait 4 day and still had to follow up 3 times and the i needed to sent through my bank statement showing that the premie was been pay the they told me i had to wait for the October month payment to go off or to be deducted earlier before they can go ahead with the claim now my car is standing i have to take drive with other people which i had to pay extra petrol.
