claims service

I am insured with Dialdirect for a couple of months now and I have made a claim with them and the claim service was awesome : Mapula Mahuwa was my claims consultant she was sweet and friendly same goes to the claims processor Aveshan Govender he was amazing and my claim was settled - I thought that it was going to be a hassle since it was my first claim but no it was a smooth sail. My request for a call back was through the new app and it works perfect on my side based on what I am covered for.
