As a follow worker end employee of TIH I just want to say that I have been dealing with Marilize Cooper the past week: • She is extremely professional • She handled my claim even tough she was not responsible for non drivable vehicles • She corrected errors that was done by the capturer without any hustle • She kept me informed throughout this claim • She has exceptional time management skills • She made it possible for the towing to be done in less that 3 hours which is normally 48 hours • She sent emails to me and sms ‘s of the exact expectation

Marilise is the exact kind of person that portray loyalty and gives the word customer experience a whole new meaning. She is sincere and concerned, its been quite a while that I have dealt with such kind human that would do anything to keep her customers updated and happy – I am proud to be her college and when I would have the honour to meet her in person I would be able to look this person in the eye and tell her what she meant for me in my time of distress! What a pleasure and what a journey!!!
