Had a good experience with a potential claim and Dial Direct. Very impressed that from the phone call, assessment and booking in of my vehicle, all done within 24 hours. Luke Dunpall assisted me all the way with the claims process and provided some advice and was knowledgeable and gave me all my options. He was extremely competent in completing all the paperwork and capturing all the details.
