Dial direct suggested that I take my vehicle to Re-new it Randburg after I had a accident in 2018 September and only today I got a call to come collect my car and when I was driving the car it had funny noises that I could not tell where they were coming from?? I’m very disappointed at both the insurance company and the panel beater!!! The car was supposed to be a write off and they decided to fix it and it’s apparent that they couldn’t fix the damage after 6 full months of waiting for the car!!!

Dial direct would rather compromise on clients safety and force fixing cars that are clearly way too damaged!!! Which insurance company has ever forced to fix a car that fixing cost are above R220k for a KiA Rio???? It does not make any sense!!!!

Now I need to drive a car that’s might not be road worthy!!!!
