Claim still not settled!!!!

Over a month ago our floors were flooded. Its now been a month already and still waiting for the claim to be finalized despite sending numerous emails and calls to their claim department...They promise to call back and never does..No customer satisfaction at all....In the meanwhile I'm paying my insurance premium and sitting with floors that are busy chipping and lifting because of the dampness!!! Can someone from this company please catch a wake up and actually assist clients????
