Claim resolved, but stressful process, case closed now.

I would like to announce that my claim was successfully finalised and I’m relieved that my vehicle finance account has now been settled and closed. Although the process was a bit stressful at times, I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved, This situation is now resolved. What felt heavy, uncertain, and stressful is behind me. I showed up, asked questions, and followed through until I got clarity and closure.

I release the frustration and the back-and-forth, it no longer serves me. The outcome is settled, and I am free to move forward without carrying this with me.

Not everything went smoothly, but it ended well, and that is enough. Im so happy all is well, i can now sleep better. I believe there’s great room for improvement regarding their communication with their clients, thanks a lot I have rates you on that because I believe this setback will never happen to other clients.
