Claim rejection
Dial Direct is the worst insurance to have. Rejected my claim. Its shows gore we pay insurance for their benefit and for someone to get bonuses even-though i have never missed monthly premiums. Again in my policy i was also paying the car hire and after my claim was rejected the car hire fell off which is not stipulated in the policy. They acted contrary to what was stated on the policy. Why do they mislead by saying "your covered for full comprehensive; however when the accident happened; they act like your an enemy".
