Claim rejected without any reason.

I have been paying comprehensive cover for the past 14months without skipping payments. I had never claimed before and I had 1 windscreen claim that was rejected Without any reason. Dialdirect was happy to debit my account every monthend, but when i wanted to claim they just said Kgomotso will come back to you only to find that they rejected my claim on the App. No reason, no call from that Kgomotso person, nothing just a “rejected” status on the App. This is *******, a claim rejected without any reason. Not only is this *******, it was also unprofessional. I should have been phoned back and given a reason as to why my claim was rejected. I have never seen such an unprofessional and greedy company as Dialdirect. I would never advise anyone to take cover with them because they will end up writing a review such as this one. What hurts me the most is that I never missed a payment or have a debit order bouncing. They are just evil, they don’t care about their clients. Sies!
