claim rejected by H.Bekker

i had an accident on the 11th of july 2015 phoned to report the accident to insurance all went well, then H.Bekker phoned me and said he need to come investigate the matter 10 days later.Now its almost a month later and he phones me and tells me my claim was rejected due to incorrect data given. This H.Bekker was rude and was drinking while doing his investigation I think its a unfair practise to drink while you work and especially when doing an investigation of this nature im cancelling my policy with this insurance after being 14yrs with him and had no claims....
