Claim rejected by Dial Direct

I was a client of Dial Direct, my premiums was up to date, I had comprehensive cover, received the under writing documents that the vehicle was covered ,I did not miss any payment of my premiums ,my vehicle was involved in an accident, where another vehicle hit it from the side, I reported it to the Police Station in Germiston, case no 15/04/2019. the accessor came out to check the vehicle and that was it, I requested the report, from them as they rejected the claim, to date I have not received any report, but to tell my insurance is cancelled ,the other vehicle that was involved in the accident had their attorneys issued summons for the damages of their vehicle to my wife and I . I can send you the summons, I have also sent it to Dial Direct 11/08/2020. I don't know what to do. please can you kindly assist.
